We need to come up to a higher standard in God…
A higher level of thinking!
Isaiah 55:8-9
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord.
“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are My ways higher than your ways,
And My thoughts than your thoughts.”
Romans 11:33-34
“Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!
“’For who has known the mind of the Lord?
Or who has become His counselor?’”
The ways and thoughts of God are past finding out NATURALLY. For they are SPIRITUALLY discerned.
The natural man knows not. We don’t need man’s wisdom because we have the Holy Spirit which IS of God; who tells us all things, even the hidden wisdom of God; so, come up to a higher standard to get God’s wisdom (thoughts, plan, purpose) for your life.
Meditate on the word of God to renew your mind and to change HOW you hear; to change what goes into your heart (spirit), and to change what you believe. God thinks higher and so can we!
1 Corinthians 2:14
The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned.
Come up to God’s standard!
