“Just as the Lord had commanded Moses his servant, so Moses commanded Joshua, and so Joshua did. He left nothing undone of all that the Lord had commanded Moses.” Joshua 11:15
This is the mark of good leadership. Whether your role is parent, manager or minister, God expects you to do everything He commands. Joshua led Israel in one successful battle after the other, accumulating land and wealth and destroying enemies, because he wholly followed and obeyed God.
Over the years many people have told me God called them to ministry, but few step into that anointing and leadership position. A gift is not leadership. Leaders are developed through living a life of total obedience and wholly following the Lord.
