WEDNESDAY’S WISDOM
You Are That Voice
SCRIPTURE: MATTHEW 3:1
This passage describes John the Baptist as the voice of one crying in the wilderness. What was his message? It was for men to repent and receive the kingdom of God. There is no kingdom experience without turning away from sin.
We may watch others get blessed, but we will not enter in with unconfessed sin on our souls. The heart and mind must be prepared or we will not enter in to the realm of God. As we experience God, we take on the burden of the lost and begin to cry out for them to hear. When you pray you are the voice crying in the wilderness.
God hears.
God saves.
The cry of the righteous is always heard.
