Your Faith Won’t Leave You Alone
SCRIPTURE: HEBREWS 11
In reading the accounts of our ancestors in the faith, I’m amazed at what these people accomplished: Defied armies, the elderly and barren conceived children, disobeyed governments, raised the dead, healed the sick, were beaten and betrayed but were faithful to God. I realized that faith has a will if its own and once you allow faith into your heart it won’t let you alone until it accomplishes what you desire and ask.
Consider Moses’ parents. They had no idea their baby was “the” Moses of scripture; they just couldn’t drown him. Faith begins like that… with an idea to do what you believe is right, and it continues to motivate you to act even against the threat of punishment or death.
Thank you Jesus, that you give us faith that won’t let us quit! Glory!
