You Can’t Flunk Out of the School of the Spirit
SCRIPTURE: ROMANS 8:29
We have a destiny to fulfill. We are guaranteed to get there.
I remember being a secular student. I liked some classes more than others. Of course I planned to pass them all, but some I felt weren’t worth much effort. I felt it was ok to slide through. I’d never use some of what I learned. I had a home economics class that taught us how to make 2 pancakes. I had been cooking dinner for our family for years by then.
Secular education! Glad it’s over.
But we’re in school every moment of every day with the Holy Spirit. We can’t slide and we can’t flunk out. We will conform to His image. It’s guaranteed.
Being led by His Spirit is the test that we must ace. We must follow Jesus with all our hearts. Every step we take proves our love and His love changes us and we love Him back. You don’t flunk out of love. You want more. You stay after school; do extra credit work. You’re better than an A student. You have honors. The high calling.
You can’t fail this school. You enjoy every minute of it!
